West Albany’s own Band Director, Stuart Welsh, has been selected to represent the state of Oregon in the 22nd annual “50 Directors Who Make a Difference” edition of School Band and Orchestra magazine. Only one music educator is chosen from each state; it is a prestigious honor to be nominated, and to be selected from the list of nominees by the editorial committee.
